Bornmine guarantees your total satisfaction with our jewelry pieces. Otherwise, you can return or exchange the part within a period of 30 days after purchasing the part. The payment to be made by the customer is solely for the return shipping rates. It is important to take into account that, to be a candidate to return items, they must be in the conditions in which they were purchased, have all the documentation of the product and be sent within a period of no more than 30 days.

Central Diamond and Mounting.

We assure that we deliver a piece to you in intact condition, but if the central diamond detaches from the mounting or becomes loose should occur, the piece will be inspected, if it does not present any type of blow or physical damage, this includes scratches and gouges, the diamond setting is done at no cost, otherwise the customer will have to pay for the service.

Secondary diamonds.

We assure you the dedication and attention in the manufacture of your piece, therefore, any diamond that embraces or accompanies the mounting, this does not include any diamond or stone considered central, it will be replaced free of charge by Bornmine.

Gold.

If the piece on any occasion has some type of manufacturing defect in the gold, the Bornmine guarantee covers 100%.

All shipments for a Bornmine purchase are free.

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email with the tracking number that will help you track your order with the corresponding parcel.

The delivery time is 15 business days from when your order was placed.
